| Very nicely mounted sword
signed Tameiye. He is a Jo saku rated smith that came from the prestigious
Bitchu Mizuta School that worked in the style of Go Yoshihiro. Nie
deki, very profuse all along the hamon, and lots of ji nie make this
sword a very nice candidate for a professional polish. In shirasaya,
the mountings are on a tsunagi. The fittings are a very nice set of
what looks to be Mito Kino work done very well of various famous figures
and weaponry. In very good condition, this is a nice package for those
that enjoy nice mountings with a good Shinto Soshu blade. |
