| Description |
| Large iron tsuba with lacquer painting of a large flower on the face. Tsuba such as these are often seen with later added lacquer done by 1800’s lacquer craftsmen. Tsuba itself is an iron plate probably from the 1700’s. Often done when a gift was needed, the paint artist was usually of good caliber. A nice interesting piece with 2 types of different art work. |
