| Very nice tsuba with a design of Tomoe or commas for the design with the hanabishi mon. This type of tsuba is very classic of the Kyo Sukashi School during the Edo period. Fine clean carving with a design that always is pleasing by itself or on a sword. This schools work is always easily appreciated. Very nice for either collecting or for making a katana mount much more sharper looking. |
