The design of birds and waves is always a nice theme, and is well executed here in this set. The signature is that of Kenzui who is very well known from the Hamano School. As of now the set is priced as a mumei set until we can verify if the signature is genuine or not, The mei does look fine however, and we will be sending this set to Japan if it does not sell by October.included.

Description
Interesting set of fuchi kashira. Style is like that of the Higo School, this set is very well shaped, and the use of nice dark shakudo shows their quality. Fine line carving of scrolling vines is also a Higo theme. Soft metal works by the Higo School are rare, and more study is needed to determine the exact school. However, either way, this set is in very good condition and well made.

Description
Set of shibuichi fuchi kashira depicting a bird and the moon. Done in the Hamano School style, this set is very nice and has a gentle feeling. Great for a mount, this set would look very nice mounted with shibuichi fittings.. In good condition.
