| Very nice Akasaka tsuba with a design of Ginger (Myoga) and Tea ceremony whisks. The sukashi work is done very nicely and the iron is of high quality. The fine kebori carving is very healthy and not worn. This tsuba should be put through a shinsa as it is of very nice quality and condition. Because of its thickness, it is most likely the work of the first 4 generations. A very nice tsuba at a good price. |
